I'm totally not saying who I was texting, but it was funny, so here goes:
Lux: Hey. You busy?
Unnamed Friend: No, what?
Lux: Don't you think fucking to Def Leppard's "Hysteria" would be
awesome?
UF: ...
Lux: Seriously, it'd be like seventh grade.
UF: ...
Lux: Seriously.
UF: ...
Lux: Laugh or something. Sheesh.
UF: lol?
Looks like I need lay off the classic rock radio for a while
But I do have fond memories of afternoon spent on the playground after morning swim team practice in the sweltering 99 degree heat. Not fucking-- mind you-- but I did have my first kiss that summer. :)
